Shipping and Return

We send your caps exclusively with insured shipping including tracking number via DHL (German Shipping Service). This way, you can always keep an eye on your package and know if your neighbour has accepted it or if it was dropped off at a DHL shop because you couldn’t be reached.

In addition, we only use shipping boxes so there is no chance the caps can be crushed or get dirty​

Right of return/ Refund policy

Within 14 days after receiving the goods, you have the right to return the item to us at your expense and to be refunded the purchase price.

The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made.​

Innerhalb 14 Tage nach Erhalt der Ware, habt ihr das Recht den Artikel auf eure Kosten an uns zurückzusenden und den Kaufpreis erstattet zu bekommen.

Die Erstattung erfolgt über den Weg, über den auch die Zahlung erfolgt ist.
